Nature of Services

Married Couples Coaching Couples provides relationship coaching services. It is important to understand that coaching is not therapy, counseling, legal advice, or medical treatment. Our coaches are not licensed therapists, psychologists, psychiatrists, attorneys, or medical professionals.

Coaching focuses on setting goals, creating actionable plans, and providing accountability and support. If you are experiencing mental health issues, abuse, or situations requiring professional intervention, we encourage you to seek appropriate licensed professionals.

Confidentiality

We take your privacy seriously. All discussions and information shared during coaching sessions are treated as confidential. However, please be aware of the following limitations:

• Digital communications (email, video calls, messaging) may have inherent security limitations. While we use reasonable security measures, we cannot guarantee absolute privacy of electronic communications.
• We may be required to disclose information if mandated by law, such as in cases involving imminent harm to yourself or others.
• Notes and records are maintained securely and accessed only by authorized coaching staff.

Scheduling & Cancellation Policy

We respect your time and ask that you respect ours. Our scheduling policies are as follows:

• 24-Hour Rescheduling Policy: All appointment changes or cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled session.
• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee or forfeiture of the session.
• Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may affect your ability to schedule future appointments.

Client Responsibilities

Successful coaching requires active participation from both partners. By engaging our services, you agree to:

• Attend scheduled sessions on time
• Complete assigned exercises and homework
• Communicate honestly and openly
• Respect the coaching process and your coach
• Provide accurate contact and payment information

Limitation of Liability

While we are committed to providing high-quality coaching services, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes. Relationship dynamics are complex, and results depend on many factors including both partners' commitment and effort.

Married Couples Coaching Couples shall not be held liable for any decisions made or actions taken by clients based on coaching sessions or materials.
