Refund Eligibility
We want you to feel confident in your investment. Our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent:
- 30-Day Satisfaction Period: If you are not satisfied with our coaching services within the first 30 days of your program, you may request a full refund.
- Partial Program Refunds: If you need to discontinue coaching after the initial 30-day period, refunds will be prorated based on the number of sessions remaining in your program.
- Unused Sessions: Sessions not used within the agreed-upon program timeframe may be refunded on a case-by-case basis.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:

2. Provide Details: Include your full name, the program you enrolled in, your reason for the refund request, and your preferred contact method.
3. Confirmation: Our team will review your request and respond within 2-3 business days.
Refund Processing
Once your refund is approved:
- Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for purchase.
- You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed.
- Please allow an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.
Non-Refundable Items
The following are generally non-refundable:
- Digital downloads and resources that have been accessed or downloaded.
- Sessions that have already been completed.
- Missed sessions due to no-shows without 24-hour advance notice.
- Administrative fees, if applicable.
Special Circumstances
We understand that life can be unpredictable. If you are facing extenuating circumstances that prevent you from continuing your coaching program, please reach out to us. We will work with you to find a fair and compassionate solution, which may include:
- Program pause or extension
- Credit toward future services
- Modified refund arrangements
